Paid advertising and sponsorship
Yopepi offers a comparison-page banner and a supplier spotlight separate from the ordinary directory. Active paid placements are labelled “Advertisement · Paid placement” and link to the advertiser. Empty spaces marked “Advertising space · Available” are booking opportunities, not active sponsor endorsements.
Advertisers may pay for visibility in those spaces. Payment does not change price ranking, win a cheapest-price badge, alter source status or remove competitors. Supplier directory listings are free and alphabetical. Advertising content is supplied by the advertiser and is not independent verification of its claims.
Affiliate links
Yopepi does not currently add affiliate tracking to comparison links. Ordinary supplier comparison links are not presented as paid placements.
If an affiliate arrangement is introduced, affected links will be clearly labelled “Affiliate link” beside the link before activation. Yopepi may then receive a commission for a qualifying referral or purchase, subject to the supplier’s conditions. Any such arrangement must be disclosed, and it will not change how comparison winners are selected. Do not assume that a commission arrangement guarantees an unchanged supplier checkout price.
Independence and coverage
Commercial relationships do not establish product quality, suitability, legal approval or supplier reliability. We do not accept payment to label a product the cheapest when the comparison data does not support it.
Coverage depends on source discovery, access and usable catalogue data. A supplier without an automated price feed may still appear in the directory. A “Connected” status means a catalogue connection worked; it is not accreditation, an endorsement or a promise about every product.
Campaign reporting and your privacy
We may use aggregate daily interaction counts to assess marketing activity. These counts are not unique visitors, verified purchases or sales conversions. Individual issue reports and optional contact emails are not supplied to advertisers. See our privacy policy for hosting and data-handling details.
Questions or concerns
Use our contact form to flag an unlabelled commercial link, misleading placement or concern about independence. Advertiser bookings and content remain subject to applicable Australian advertising rules; these disclosures do not grant approval to advertise a particular product.
